Rebecca Rogo is the founder of INCLUDE, a program for individuals with disabilities to participate in adaptive dance classes and to attend sensory-friendly performances with their families. She is on the Artistic Staff of Mid-Columbia Ballet and is on faculty at Tri-Cities Academy of Ballet. Rebecca received her Master of Education degree from the University of Washington in Seattle, where she assisted the Seattle Children’s Theatre in mounting their first sensory-friendly performance. In 2014, Rogo attended the Sensory-Friendly Performance Summit at the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington D.C. where she was invited to speak to members of the international theatre community about the importance and necessity of accessibility of performing arts programming for individuals with disabilities and their families. Rebecca presented the INCLUDE Program at the Dance Educators Association of Washington Conference in 2018 and at The Ballet Alliance Festivals in 2019 and 2024.
The INCLUDE Program was founded in 2017. Since its founding, Rebecca has trained 20 dance organizations to do the INCLUDE Program and approximately 300 pre-professional dancers to be Dance Partners.
